Thermomechanical testing and simulation of welding-related processes
Thermomechanical testing and simulation of welding-related processes is an integrated experimental-computational service for studying materials, welded joints and welding-related thermal and mechanical effects. The service provides access to thermomechanical testing facilities, experimental procedures and expert support. Numerical simulation is used, where relevant, to interpret experimental results, analyse thermal cycles, deformation, residual stresses and process parameters.
What the user gets
Experimental thermomechanical testing results; welding-related process parameters; raw and processed experimental data; simulation results, where applicable; comparison of experimental and simulated results; technical interpretation report.
