Technical notes

The Instron 8802 mechanical testing machine is used for static and dynamic testing of metallic materials, alloys, structural materials and advanced materials. It supports mechanical characterization under controlled loading conditions and can be used to determine strength, deformation and fatigue-related properties depending on the selected test configuration.

Data outputs

Typical data outputs include force–displacement curves, stress–strain curves, load cycles, deformation parameters, elastic and plastic behaviour indicators, strength parameters, fatigue-related data and processed mechanical testing reports.
